Rental requirements

Minimum rental age: 21 years
Valid driver’s license from your country of origin
National ID or passport
Physical credit card (ask us for options if you cannot cover the full deposit amount on a credit card)

Minimum rental period: 72 hours, with a 1-hour grace period for return. After the grace period, 1/2 day will be charged. After 4 hours, a full rental day will be charged.
The vehicle is delivered clean and with fuel; it must be returned in the same condition. Otherwise, refueling and/or cleaning will be charged at the company’s stated rates.
Reservations may be fulfilled with vehicles from the same category or, if unavailable, from a higher category.
In case of theft, fire and/or collision, the customer must file a police report within 48 hours of the incident.
If the vehicle documentation is lost, a charge equivalent to 10 days of use will apply as compensation for downtime while documents are replaced. The daily value is calculated based on the total contract amount.
The rented vehicle may only be driven by the contract holder or an authorized additional driver (with a valid driver’s license).
No reservation request is valid without the company’s confirmation.
After the scheduled delivery time, the reservation will be held for one additional hour; after that, the reservation will be forfeited.
